Does AG10Moto send its products to anywhere in the world?
We send products anywhere in the world and all our orders are sent with industry-leading express courier companies.
Which is the delivery time?
Our delivery time for manufacturing is from 4 to 14 weeks, although depending on the season they can be more or less that period. Consult which will be the exact time of delivery to our commercial service in the moment you ask for the order. In case of repairs and adjustments the delivery time is usually from 2 to 3 weeks. For our multi-brand store section the delivery time is usually from 3 to 5 working days.
My order lacks an article, what shall I do?
CONTACT our Customer Service Department and we will send you what is missing.
Is it necessary to pay any additional charges or customs fees on my order?
There shouldn´t be any additional charges or customs fees. Even though, if your order would be retained in the Customs Office, you have 7 days, since the order reception to contact us. AG10Moto assures the tax coverage corresponding up to 20% of the order value by means of a direct refunding.
